Add 37% formaldehyde aqueous solution to the reactor and adjust the pH value to around 8.0 with 10% NaOH aqueous solution. Under rapid stirring, add dicyandiamide. Raise the temperature evenly, keep it at reflux temperature for 30 minutes, then cool it to around 80 ℃ for 30 minutes, and finally adjust the pH value with 10% NaOH and perform modification treatment to obtain the finished product.
